Decadant new lipsticks
What is not to love about Guerlain's new lipstick collection out this summer? Set in sleek, sophisticated gold packaging and with a sliding lid mechanism so you only need one hand to apply, this divine collection of lipsticks takes inspiration from the Guerlain archives (the first ever Rogue Automatique came out in 1936). Every lipstick is named after a Guerlain fragrance or past lipstick and the stunning advert with Natalia Vodianova will ensure this collection is set to be a sell-out.

Spray painting fun with Nivea
Today a group of us beauty journalists tried to take on Banksy - and we did pretty well I reckon! For Nivea's latest launch we had tons of fun spray painting and graffiting some large canvas all in the name of work. The professionals obviously did a better job than us (some will disagree of course!) with their Nivea related pictures but most of us did pretty well too.
And on a work note, the new Nivea Sun Light Feeling SPF mist smells of holidays and has me longing to book that flight...
Out in March (the new Nivea Light Feeling that is - not our works of art!)
Clarins pop-up shop
Finally, something to get excited about! Clarins have their first pop-up shop in London this week and boy is it good. You will get to check out their new Energizing skin care range - it smells fabulous by the way and starts at just over £10 (wowza!) - take home free product samples, relax at their juice bar, have a facial and speak to the experts. Plus you will get this cute canvas shopper free!
Clear your diary now. From 17-26 February at 10a Blandford Street, London, W1U 4AZ. Call 0207 307 6798 to book a facial.
Earth Lovers shower gels
The latest eco-friendly shower gels from The Body Shop contain natural herb extracts, zero parabens, zero soap and ZERO suplhates. They smell absolutely amazing, I love the sweet-smelling Apricot & Basil. Keep an eye out...they are coming soon.

Scrummy new lip butters
Vichy science lesson
It’s not often you have a science lesson at a beauty launch but high-tech skin care brand Vichy broke all the rules this week. After playing with lots of oils, gases and hydrogen....ok that’s as technical as I get...and I have to say I’m super excited to try their latest anti-ageing LifeActiv Derm Source cream. It has been 10 years in the making and contains Rhamnose – a natural Brazilian sugar – to help fight the signs of ageing deep within the layers of the skin. More than 800 women with sensitive skin tested the new creams and the results were fantastic. Keep an eye out for this one.
£27, from 18th April 2011.
